Please switch off any anti-virus programs and re-download the files. This should fix the problem.

If this doesn't fix it, check the size of the downloaded file and see if you have the complete file (the file sizes are written next to the download links), as Internet Explorer can with a slow connection, decide that a download is complete if the rate of the download falls to zero.
