This can occur when the file is cut off during the download process. Certain ISP users may experience this issue, as the connections may prevent downloading a large file.
To check whether the entire file has been downloaded, go to the Members Download Area. Next to each download link you will see the various file sizes listed. Compare these to the file size of your downloads. If they are different then you will know that the downloads were not completed.
Anti-virus software, pop-up blockers, and firewalls can also prevent a file from being fully downloaded.
To resolve this issue, close all other open applications and re-download the file using an Internet browser.
